Membership Rules

For a complete list of policies, terms and conditions, please read our Membership Agreement. The following is an abbreviated list:

Payment Policies

• 13% HST will be added to the posted prices.
• Each membership tier comes with a three-month commitment, after which you can cancel by e-mail at any time.
• If you are among the first 50 members to join, you will be a Founding Member for life (or until you cancel), which entitles you to a 50% discount at any tier.

Event Policies

• You agree to reserve your seat for classes in advance, and to provide 24 hours’ notice in the event that you have to cancel, or a $25 cancellation fee will apply. Illness-related cancellations do not require notice. Latecomers will be admitted only at the discretion of staff.
• To respect the privacy of other participants, we do not allow video or audio recording in the classroom.
• You are responsible for your guests complying with our policies. Guests must be over the age of 13.

Additional Policies

• Private sessions under the Elite tier do not accumulate or roll over to the next month.
• Longer workshops such as the NGH Certification Course are not included in our membership program and won’t be bookable through Vagaro. If your membership is at the Premium tier or higher, you will receive a preferential price for these programs.
